Sustainable Apartments in Como

Our property features three recently renovated apartments designed with a strong focus on sustainability. The entire house is fully electric and partially powered by solar panels, combining modern comfort with energy efficiency and a more environmentally conscious approach to hospitality.

Modern Comfort and Independence

Each apartment features a modern kitchenette equipped with everything needed for independent and convenient stays, including an induction cooktop and microwave that allow you to prepare meals at your convenience, giving you the freedom to enjoy local ingredients and truly immerse yourself in the Italian way of life.

After a day exploring the beauty of Lake Como, you can unwind in comfortable and relaxing spaces—perfect for reading a book, catching up with loved ones, or simply enjoying the quiet atmosphere of your home away from home.
To ensure a restful stay, the apartments feature high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows, modern private bathrooms, and carefully selected amenities including Nespresso coffee machines and a selection of herbal teas.

Location

The property is located on a quiet private street in a residential neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere while remaining conveniently connected to the city.

• Como San Giovanni train station is just a 10-minute walk (about 3 minutes by car), with direct connections to Milan and local bus routes to Lake Como destinations such as Bellagio, Menaggio and Blevio.

• The historic center of Como and the lakeside promenade are approximately 15 minutes away on foot.

• The property is located less than 1 km from Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, home of Como 1907 and a venue for sports events and concerts.

• Thanks to its strategic location, the Swiss border can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car or 5 minutes by train, making it easy to visit destinations such as Lugano.

• A Lidl supermarket is located about 900 meters from the property.

• Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability.

Panoramic Views of Como and Lake Landmarks

The house enjoys a slightly elevated position above the city. A short uphill walk leads to the property and already offers pleasant views over Como and some of its most iconic landmarks.
Along the way—and from the apartments themselves—you can admire the magnificent Duomo of Como, Porta Torre, and the historic Brunate funicular climbing the mountain above the city. On clear days, the view extends across the lake toward Cernobbio, where some of Lake Como’s renowned historic villas can be seen in the distance.

This unique setting combines peaceful surroundings, panoramic views, and proximity to both the city center and the lake.
